In Person 1-on-1 Coaching
Hands-on coaching delivered in real time, with personalized guidance, feedback, and adjustments during each session.
Where? Sessions are available at my private training space in Orangeville or at The Core Optimum Health and Performance Centre in Mississauga.
What’s included? Movement assessment, personalized programming, hands-on coaching, exercise modifications and progressions, education around training and recovery, and ongoing communication to help you understand what you’re doing, why it matters, and what comes next.
Who is it for? Best for people with a lower training age, those coming back from pain, injury, or setbacks, and anyone who wants the highest level of support, real-time feedback, and hands-on coaching. In-person coaching is often the best starting point when someone needs more guidance, more structure, and more help building confidence and movement competency.

Hybrid Coaching
A mix of in-person coaching and remote programming for people who want both support and flexibility.
Where? In-person sessions take place in Orangeville or Mississauga, while the rest of your training is completed on your own through your personalized program.
What’s included? Movement assessment, personalized programming, in-person coaching sessions, progress tracking, communication between sessions, and education to help you better understand your training and make smart decisions outside of live sessions.
Who is it for? Best for people who still benefit from in-person coaching but do not need every session to be live. This works well for people with some training experience who are ready to become more independent while still having regular support and hands-on guidance when needed.
-
Remote Coaching
Fully remote coaching through personalized programming, regular check-ins, and ongoing guidance.
Where? Anywhere. All coaching, communication, and programming are delivered remotely.
What’s included? Personalized programming, progress tracking, regular check-ins, exercise guidance, education around training and recovery, and ongoing support through feedback, communication, and program adjustments.
Who is it for? Best for people with a higher training age, a stronger base of movement competency, and enough confidence to train on their own while following a structured plan. It’s a good fit for someone who wants expert guidance and accountability without regular in-person sessions.
